(5) Return policy and conditions for products

Our store has established the following "return policy" for mail order.

■Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective products or discrepancies in content.
After the product is returned to us with shipping costs paid by the customer, we will exchange it for a non-defective product and ship it.
For returns, please contact us within 9 days after the product arrives, as a general rule.

■Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (e.g., difference in image, mistaken order) are not accepted.
This is based on the explicit return policy under Article 15-3 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
