(5) Return Policy & Conditions

Our shop has established the following "Special Return Policy" for mail-order sales:

■Returns/exchanges are accepted only in cases of defective products or incorrect items received.
After you have returned the item(s) via collect-on-delivery (COD) shipping, we will ship out the replacement product(s).
As a general rule, please contact us within 9 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.

■We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences (e.g., mismatch of expectations, ordering errors).
This is in accordance with the specified return policy under Article 15-3 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
