Software Announcements

To improve product quality, we continuously gather market feedback and perform firmware enhancements and operational verification. We would like to inform you about known issues currently identified as follows. All of these issues occur extremely rarely, and we are still investigating their causes and working on improvements.

1. Channel Output Immediately After Startup

Very rarely, after powering on, no sound may be emitted from the left channel, or the volume of the left channel may be lower than the right channel.
If this phenomenon occurs, restarting the device will restore it to its normal state.

2. Output Level When Switching Between PO/LO

When repeatedly switching between PO (headphone output) and LO (line output) in Non-NFB mode, very rarely, the output level of the left channel may be several dB higher than the right channel.
Note that this phenomenon does not occur in NFB mode. If it occurs, switching between PO and LO again will restore it to its normal state.

3. Momentary Noise During Playback

Very rarely, during continuous music playback, a very short noise such as a "click" or "pop" may occur. Currently, we have not been able to identify the conditions under which it occurs, regardless of the type of audio file, local playback, or streaming playback. There is no consistent trend in the frequency of occurrence; it may not occur at all for several hours, or it may occur 2-3 times within an hour.

We will continue to analyze the causes and conduct verification for improvements, and will notify you of any progress through firmware updates and other means.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers, but we will strive to improve quality to deliver better products. We appreciate your understanding.

Precautions for Use

《Device Heating》
EvoOne is designed for high current drive, so it consumes more power and may generate higher temperatures compared to typical portable players. When using it, ensure sufficient heat dissipation space around the device. We recommend using an environment with excellent heat dissipation, such as the separately sold stand "DS ONE".

Additionally, please refrain from charging while playing music with headphones connected. If the device temperature reaches the set protection temperature, the charging protection function will automatically stop charging. Furthermore, if the device temperature reaches the upper limit of the protection temperature, playback will also stop automatically to prioritize safety.

《Exterior Finish of EvoOne Cu》
The exterior of the EvoOne Cu features a finish that allows you to enjoy the unique texture and aging of the material. Due to its characteristics, the Cu model tends to be more susceptible to scratches than the Ti model. We hope you will enjoy the unique expression of the vintage finish, including the slight changes in texture that occur with daily use.
While a protective urethane coating is applied to the surface, the coating itself is relatively soft and does not completely prevent scratches or scuffs. Fine scratches or marks may occur on the surface due to contact with hard objects such as plugs or keys, or friction from daily use.
When cleaning, please refrain from using alcohol wipes, abrasives, or metal polishes. If you are concerned about dirt or sebum, gently wipe with a dry, soft cloth.
