Store Purchaser Exclusive Special Product Warranty
Effective December 1, 2023, this warranty applies to customers who purchase new products themselves.
※This warranty service does not apply in cases of resale or transfer.
We will provide the maximum support possible within the scope offered by the manufacturer for new products purchased on this website, excluding outlet items.
※This warranty cannot be combined or duplicated with other campaigns (e.g., an existing 2-year campaign + reliability warranty + 2 years).
※For extended warranties after the manufacturer's warranty period expires, support received from retailers other than our company will not be covered. Please note that only the standard manufacturer's warranty will apply.
※Parts replacement is limited to cases where the manufacturer has stock. If the manufacturer cannot procure the parts, we may not be able to provide support. We appreciate your understanding.

If you purchase "new products with a unit selling price of less than 100,000 JPY (including tax)":
Cables: Total manufacturer's warranty period extended to 2 years
DAPs & Amplifiers: Total manufacturer's warranty period extended to 2 years
Earphones/Headphones: Total manufacturer's warranty period extended to 2 years
※Standard manufacturer's warranty is 1 year
If you purchase "new products with a unit selling price of 100,000 JPY or more and less than 400,000 JPY (including tax)":
Cables: Total manufacturer's warranty period extended to 2 years, 1 complimentary unconditional inspection during the warranty period
DAPs & Amplifiers: Total manufacturer's warranty period extended to 2 years, 1 complimentary unconditional inspection during the warranty period,
1 complimentary battery replacement
Earphones/Headphones: Total manufacturer's warranty period extended to 2 years, 1 complimentary unconditional inspection during the warranty period
If you purchase "new products with a unit selling price of 400,000 JPY or more and less than 700,000 JPY (including tax)":
Cables: Total manufacturer's warranty period extended to 3 years, 2 complimentary unconditional inspections during the warranty period, 1 complimentary replacement of connection parts (plugs or sockets)
DAPs & Amplifiers: Total manufacturer's warranty period extended to 3 years, 2 complimentary unconditional inspections during the warranty period, 2 complimentary battery replacements, 1 complimentary replacement of connection parts (ports, jacks)
Earphones/Headphones: Total manufacturer's warranty period extended to 3 years, 2 complimentary unconditional inspections during the warranty period, 1 complimentary replacement of connection parts (plugs or sockets)
If you purchase "new products with a unit selling price of 700,000 JPY or more (including tax)":
Cables: Total manufacturer's warranty period extended to 3 years, 2 complimentary unconditional inspections during the warranty period, 2 complimentary replacements of connection parts (plugs or sockets), 2 complimentary replacements of specified metal parts (if manufacturer has stock)
※Specified metal parts: e.g., if you want to replace a 2.5mm plug with a 4.4mm plug (can be specified from PWAudio's in-stock brand parts)
DAPs & Amplifiers: Total manufacturer's warranty period extended to 3 years, 2 complimentary unconditional inspections during the warranty period, 2 complimentary battery replacements, 2 complimentary replacements of connection parts (ports, jacks), 1 complimentary replacement of exterior parts (including LCD)
Earphones/Headphones: Total manufacturer's warranty period extended to 3 years, 2 complimentary unconditional inspections during the warranty period,
2 complimentary replacements of connection parts (plugs or sockets), 1 complimentary reshell due to damage (consultation required for custom products originally fitted to ear molds, as an exception)
Except for individual cases, we plan to operate the system based on the policy described. For other cases, we will consult with the purchaser and Oriolus Japan LLC to resolve the issues.
