Special Product Warranty for Store Purchasers

This special warranty applies to the original purchaser of a new product purchased on or after December 1, 2023.

This warranty does not apply to products that have been resold, transferred, or otherwise obtained from someone other than the original purchaser.

We provide the maximum level of support available within the scope of the manufacturer's warranty and services for new products purchased through this website, excluding outlet products.

This warranty cannot be combined with or added to other campaigns or warranty programs. For example, warranty periods or benefits from separate campaigns cannot be combined to extend the coverage further.

Any extended warranty provided after the manufacturer's standard warranty period is only applicable when support is provided by Oriolus Japan LLC. If support is requested from another retailer or service provider, only the manufacturer's standard warranty will apply.

Replacement of parts is subject to availability from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer is unable to supply the necessary parts, we may not be able to provide the requested service. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Up to two complimentary replacements of designated metal parts, subject to manufacturer stock availability

Designated metal parts may include, for example, a plug upgrade from 2.5mm to 4.4mm, where a compatible PWAudio-branded part is available from the manufacturer.

DAPs & Amplifiers

  • Manufacturer's standard warranty extended to a total of 3 years

  • Two free inspections during the warranty period, with no specific conditions

  • Two complimentary battery replacements

  • Two complimentary replacements of connectors (ports or jacks)

  • One complimentary replacement of an exterior component, including the display

Earphones & Headphones

  • Manufacturer's standard warranty extended to a total of 3 years

  • Two free inspections during the warranty period, with no specific conditions

  • Two complimentary replacements of connectors (plugs or sockets)

  • One complimentary reshell due to damage or similar circumstances

For originally customized products, such as custom-fit products made using individual ear impressions, reshelling will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Other Cases

Except for individual cases that require separate consideration, this warranty program will generally be administered according to the policies described above.

For cases not covered by the terms above, Oriolus Japan LLC will discuss the matter with the purchaser and work together toward an appropriate resolution.
