For any product defects or malfunctions, please be sure to retain the invoice or receipt issued by an authorized retailer, including our direct shop. This document is included with the product at the time of purchase and will be required when requesting support. Please note that we may not be able to accept a product for inspection or support if the invoice or receipt is not included.
In accordance with the terms of our agreement, we may be unable to answer inquiries regarding product support beyond the information officially provided by xDuoo.
