The portable USB DAC "W2Ultra" possesses true driving power that eliminates connection concerns. With LP's engineering expertise, the W2Ultra delivers high output capable of fully supporting even flagship-grade headphones, and offers high customizability to meet diverse needs.

"Why Ultra?"
The effective driving power required to fully support flagship-grade headphones, which is the product's concept, is extraordinary. To achieve stable and continuous "true driving power" for devices, not just instantaneous peak values for data sheets, there are six elements that have transformed the W2 into the Ultra version.

LP Tuning
Typically, when a product is released, it comes with a basic tuning, and acoustic adjustments are made using EQ and DAC filters to suit user needs. LP's master sound wave and auditory analysts have set two basic tunings. By switching between them, users can enjoy two tunings in one device. TUNE01 provides a more expansive sound, optimized for songs featuring human voices. TUNE02 offers a more refined sound, ideal for symphonies and complex musical pieces.

High Output, Low Distortion, and Low Power Consumption
The maximum output at 32Ω load recorded 890mW. While achieving a low noise floor and accurate signal reproduction in the time domain, 60 minutes of playback at PAV±6V consumed only about 4% of a smartphone's battery. The optimized copper-clad design, thermal treatment process, and circuit design solve the problem of low power consumption while maintaining high drive capability. High output does not necessarily mean high power consumption. It achieves a reference sound free from impurities and harshness.

Wide Dynamic Range
The total harmonic distortion plus noise ratio (THD+N) is extremely low, at approximately -92dB, providing exceptionally clear, immersive, and delicate sound.

"Classical" Sound
The classic tuning concept of the W2 series has been refined, realizing LP's tuning with the CS43131 chip. A clean sound is achieved with zero noise. Even with low-impedance, high-sensitivity earphones and significantly increased power, the precise design eliminates noise.With many preset EQs and earphone-specific tunings, it caters to all needs and listening preferences.

The Pursuit of LUXURY & PRECISION
Having researched the impact of amplifier chip operating voltage on driver sensitivity, the company has incorporated a "PAV switching mode" that optimizes voltage for in-ear monitors and over-ear headphones. Furthermore, it features an "SDF switching mode" that allows users to switch to a sound style tailored to the characteristics of specific earphones/headphones. When SDF and High Gain are combined, even flagship-grade headphones can be fully driven.

Adoption of a Special Large Heat Sink
Excellent cooling design is extremely important for a device to maintain high output continuously.
A special large heat sink, designed to efficiently dissipate heat from the DAC chip and headphone amplifier chip, has been introduced. The circuit layout, wiring, power supply, capacitors, and amplifier have all been redesigned to maximize performance by providing stable and continuous output, not just momentary peaks.

Optimal Portability
Perfectly controlled compact size, weighing only 26g. Lightness is the key to portability. It uses a Type-C connector, and the cable is detachable. It can be combined not only with the company's upgrade cables but also with various models of different qualities and lengths.

Excellent User Interface
The device has only a single knob for volume control. Operations are completed stylishly. The high-quality ALPS components offer high precision and a satisfying click feel.

Catering to Diverse Needs
EQs are optimized not only for music but also for movies and games. By switching between UAC1.0/UAC2.0, it can also operate with home gaming consoles, allowing users to enjoy games and videos with a clean and fast soundstage.

Abundant Output Options for a Small Device
The 3.5mm jack supports PO and SPDIF, and the 4.4mm jack supports balanced PO. LP's professional-quality SPDIF OUT provides a stable connection.
