LUXURY&PRECISION: Beyond the Numbers.
A Portable Player that Captures the Very "Essence" of Music

The E7AD1955 is a portable audio player that redefines the standard for portable audio, being the first ever to feature dual AD1955s. Its proprietary music-optimized operating system, "LE OS," fully unleashes the potential of the dual AD1955s, while a discrete automatic bias correction circuit real-time compensates for fluctuations in the playback environment. The result is crystal-clear transparency and an incredibly natural, unblemished decay. LUXURY&PRECISION (hereafter referred to as LP) has combined meticulous engineering with thoroughly refined sound tuning technology to deliver an entirely new, unimaginable experience in a palm-sized device.

High performance meets musicality. Enjoy a masterful performance that transcends the numbers, right in the palm of your hand.

The E7AD1955 is the industry's first modular portable music player to feature dual ADI AD1955s. At its core is a meticulously pursued "musicality" that goes beyond mere high performance, brought about by the AD1955's "perfect differential linearity reproduction" and precise tuning with our in-house developed LE OS. Enjoy a diverse range of flagship-class sounds delivered by the discrete exchangeable modules, offering the ultimate music experience that transcends time.

Kiyotaka's unique "1955 sound"

While the AK4497 DAC card pursued "the ultimate in performance," the AD1955 DAC card is conceptualized as "the pinnacle of tuning," thoroughly seeking a unique sound. By carefully adjusting the IV conversion and LPF design, combined with the multi-bit Sigma-Delta method characteristic of high-end stationary devices, it achieves a soft yet firm sound, and a distinctive "pure and elegant" tone. It delivers感動 to users through a rich musicality that simply cannot be achieved by mere high performance alone.

Discrete Automatic Bias Correction Circuit for Consistent Sound Quality

The discrete automatic bias correction circuit placed around the AD1955 chip constantly monitors changes in playback conditions such as gain settings, output mode, headphone load, and ambient temperature, automatically adjusting the operating point of the analog stage in real-time. This ensures that the "unique sound of AD1955" is always delivered with an ideal, clear tonal balance and precise soundstage, automatically optimized regardless of the environment.

An audio-quality-focused, clean operating system

Because the E7 series' fundamental audio quality could not be protected from the detrimental effects of existing operating systems, we developed and adopted our own new operating system, "LE OS," specifically designed for audio playback. By focusing on audio playback—its original purpose—and eliminating unnecessary elements from a music playback device, a powerful MCU delivers exceptional performance during music playback. The lightweight design, optimized for audio, minimizes digital processing noise and ensures silent tranquility, allowing for the natural expression of music from its very beginning to its lingering aftertones.

The single-ended output design is on par with the balanced output.

General DAP circuit designs tend to result in more modest single-ended output performance, but this module is designed to fully utilize all output channels of two AD1955s, with all circuits including I/V conversion, LPF, volume control, and buffer amplifiers fully operational. This ensures that even the 3.5mm single-ended terminal delivers the same level of information and dynamics as the 4.4mm balanced output, without compromise.

Module replacement mechanism with proprietary PCBA design where God is in the details

A modular design with the largest exchange area in industry history, promising the pursuit of high ideals. By excluding the headphone amplifier from the configuration and eliminating parts such as jacks that bottleneck sound quality and the performance of individual components, we achieved an optimized layout and wiring in a vast space. Numerous independent power supply circuits were placed in the DAC analog section to thoroughly reduce noise. The beautifully mirror-finished AD1955 DAC card provides unprecedented sound source reproducibility, delivering an authentic experience.

Lineout selection feature. EA4-focused mode also added.

Multiple voltage outputs allow users to select the line-out that best suits their preferences for outputting to an amplifier. We've also utilized the experience gained from the popular limited edition "P6Pro10th Limited" to incorporate a dedicated line-out optimized for the EA4 amplifier. By switching between this and the regular line-out, combining the E7 and EA4 allows for sound richness, delicacy, and soundstage expression that surpasses that of a desktop system.

Hi-Fi sound from streaming on your smartphone

Equipped with a Bluetooth receiver function. LUXURY & PRECISION's new generation Bluetooth algorithm uses FPGA-generated clock data as a generator, and the optimized audio signal delivers such natural sound that you'll forget it's a wireless input. It also supports high-quality Bluetooth codecs such as APTX/APTXHD/APTXLL/AAC/SBC.
