The "W2Ultra" is a portable USB DAC with true driving power that connects to any source, featuring high output capable of fully supporting even flagship-grade headphones, thanks to LP's engineering expertise, and high pursuit capabilities tailored to user needs.

"Why Ultra?"
The effective driving power to fully support flagship-grade headphones, which is the core concept, is extraordinary. There are six factors that led to the Ultra version of the W2, designed to achieve consistent and stable "true driving power" for the device, rather than just momentary peak values listed in datasheets.

LP Tuning
Generally, products are released with one basic tuning, and then acoustic adjustments are made with EQ and DAC filters to meet user needs. LP's masters of sound waveform analysis and auditory analysis have set two basic tunings. By switching between them, you can enjoy two tunings in one. TUNE01 offers a more expansive sound, optimized for music featuring human voices. TUNE02 provides a more intricate sound, ideal for symphonies and complex musical pieces.

High Output, Low Distortion, and Low Power Consumption
The maximum output at a 32Ω load is an impressive 890mW. While achieving a low noise floor and accurate signal reproduction in the time domain, a 60-minute playback at PAV±6V consumed only about 4% of a smartphone's battery. The optimized copper cladding design, heat treatment process, and circuit design solve the problem of low power consumption while providing high driving power. High output does not necessarily mean high power consumption. This achieves a reference sound free from impurities and roughness.

Wide Dynamic Range
The Total Harmonic Distortion plus Noise (THD+N) is extremely low, at approximately -92dB, providing exceptionally clear and immersive, delicate sound.

"Classical" Sound
The classic tuning concept of the W2 series has been refined. LP tuning is achieved with the CS43131 chip. Clean sound is produced by zero noise. Even with low-impedance, high-sensitivity earphones and significantly increased power, the precise design eliminates noise.It supports all needs and listening preferences with numerous preset EQs and earphone-specific tunings.

LUXURY & PRECISION's Pursuits
The company, having researched the effect of amplifier chip operating voltage on driver sensitivity, has incorporated a "PAV switching mode" that optimizes voltage for in-ear monitors and over-ear headphones. Furthermore, it features an "SDF switching mode" that allows users to switch to sound styles tailored to the characteristics of specific earphones/headphones. When SDF and High Gain are combined, even flagship-grade headphones can be fully driven.

Adoption of a Special Large Heatsink
Excellent cooling design is extremely important for equipment to maintain high output consistently.
A special large heatsink has been introduced, designed to effectively dissipate heat from the DAC chip and headphone amplifier chip. The circuit layout/wiring/power supply/capacitors/amplifier have all been redesigned to maximize performance through sustained stable output rather than momentary peaks.

Optimal Portability
Perfectly controlled compact size, weighing only 26g. Lightness is the key to portability. It uses a Type-C connector, and the cable is detachable. It can be combined with various models of different qualities and lengths, not just the company's upgrade cables.
